The delegation is designed for UK pet retailers, buyers, brands, manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors that want to understand the Chinese market or develop commercial relationships there.

Pre-matched meetings

Provide a buyer or business brief and CIPS will aim to arrange targeted meetings with relevant suppliers, manufacturers, distributors or commercial partners. Meetings are subject to suitable matches and availability, and specific introductions or commercial outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

Guided show support

Receive practical information, show-entry support and a planned route through the exhibition based on the product categories and contacts most relevant to you.

Visits and market insight

Explore opportunities for factory and retail visits in Guangdong, with local transport arranged by CIPS, alongside market-access guidance and Q&A support.

Delegation Fees

PIF members: £250 + VAT
Non-members: £395 + VAT

The fee covers PIF World’s delegation liaison and co-ordination. CIPS will arrange show entry and the agreed in-market programme.

Not included: International and domestic travel, accommodation, travel insurance, meals, freight or product-sample costs, and personal expenses unless specifically confirmed otherwise.
